May 2008

Dear Colleague,

MedEdPPD.org was originally funded in part through a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contract with the National Institute of Mental Health, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services (Contract HHSN278200554096C), which ended in late 2007. Because of the overwhelmingly positive response the site has received, we are continuing to maintain this valuable resource for health care professionals and women and families who are affected by PPD, but we cannot do this alone, we need your support.

In order to continue providing accreditation for our informative CME modules, it is necessary for us to charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs. The fee applies only if you want CME/CE credit; registered members of MedEdPPD.org can still read the modules for free. In addition, please take a look at our list of books about postpartum mood disorders. You can purchase any of these books from Amazon.com via a link from MedEdPPD.org.

Thank you for your continued support!
